Shipping & Returns

1. Required Delivery Conditions
*** The information needed for shipping your full name, address and telephone number. Please note that we are only your order by ZIP CODE address, and PO Boxes or similar not available for shipping.
*** Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address and telephone number.
*** Please allow 8-12 days for delivery of your shipment.
*** We will send you your tracking number in 36-48 hours after receiving your payment.

2. Shipping
Usually we use EMS as shipping method. But for some counties, we will use DHL Express or Express CSS method.

3. Tracking Methods
After your order is dispatched, we will offer EMS, DHL or CSS tracking no. and the site for you. There are two methods to get above information from us, download

<2.> Check your e-mail, for we will send update status to your e-mail address.
Note :. (If you can not check it immediately with the tracking no, you take more patience to wait for it. Some time is by express company do the upload required).

4. Unsuccessful or Wrong Delivery
*** We are not responsible for reshipment if you provide an incorrect or incomplete address.
*** If you refused to sign the order, we will 15% as handle fees; if the parcel was automatically after several times unsuccessfully delivery (due to missing you back or you provided a wrong or incomplete delivery address to us), we require 35% as delivery fees
*** For those customers who do not receive your package within 12 business days, please contact your local post office as soon as possible. You can always contact the local post office directly ask your ID card or other valid and the order information copy that you can print out when login to your registered account on our website.
